Product introduction
The supplied brochure describes a building-gypsum core reinforced with fiber and formulated additives, bonded to purpose-made paper facings on both sides. The board is cut and screw-fixed to light-gauge framing, then completed with joint tape and compound so the facing remains part of the finished board surface.
The brochure lists 1200 × 3000 mm boards. At 9.5 mm, longitudinal breaking load is at least 360 N, transverse load at least 140 N and mass per area no more than 9 kg/m². At 12 mm, the corresponding figures are at least 500 N, at least 180 N and no more than 11 kg/m². Other lengths, edges and pack quantities are confirmed by model.
The lighter 9.5 mm board is commonly considered for conventional ceilings and linings; the 12 mm option offers higher breaking load for partitions or ceilings needing greater board stiffness. Framing centres, board layers, wall height, ceiling span and finish weight still govern the complete construction.
A complete package normally includes studs and tracks or ceiling channels, screws, joint tape, compound and perimeter sealing. Where the partition has thermal or acoustic targets, cavity insulation, board layers and opening reinforcement must be included in the same material schedule. Humid and fire-rated areas require the corresponding performance board and verified construction.
